Why we built it
Figuring out where to go shouldn’t mean a dozen tabs, dead event pages, and stale listings. The good stuff — the live music, the new happy hour, the market on the pier — is scattered across venue sites, social posts, and word of mouth. PerchView pulls it all into one place and keeps it fresh.
Meet Rio
Rio is our parrot concierge. Every day Rio scours Pinellas County — venue websites, local calendars, band pages — and brings back what’s on. Combined with updates texted in straight from verified businesses, Rio answers the only question that matters: whatcha wanna do?
Real, never invented
Everything PerchView shows you is grounded in a real source — a verified venue, a public listing, or a happening Rio actually found. We never make events up, and unverified senders can never auto-publish. Trust is the whole point.

We’re focused on doing one place exceptionally well first: St. Petersburg, the Gulf beaches, Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, and everywhere in between. Local, deep, and current — before we go anywhere else.
