- Is PerchView free?
- Yes. Every event, every spot and Rio are free to use. Plus and Insider add convenience and personalization; they never change what's listed.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Anytime, from your account page. Upgrade and the new features start right away. Cancel or downgrade and you keep everything you've paid for through the end of that month or year; then it simply stops, with no partial refunds or surprise charges. No calls, no forms.
- Can I come back after cancelling?
- Easily. Before your paid time runs out, one tap on your account page keeps your plan going. After it ends, start again whenever you like, and your saved spots and Rio's memory of your tastes are still there.
- When can I sign up for Plus or Insider?
- Soon. Everything in Free works today. We'll announce in the app when paid plans open.
- Do venues pay to be listed or ranked?
- No. Being listed is free, and Rio's picks are based on what fits your ask, never on payment. Any featured placement we add later will always be labeled.
- How accurate is it?
- Accuracy is our first rule. Rio only shows a day and time a source actually states; when a time isn't clear you'll see “Time TBA” or “check listing” instead of a guess.
